Refunds or returns
Your amplifier is covered by our comprehensive warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years, with the exception of tubes and reverb pans, which are covered for a period of 90 days from the purchase date.
If you purchased your amplifier directly, you are automatically added to our records, you do not need to register to be covered by our warranty. If you purchased your amplifier from a dealer, please contact us to be added to our warranty system.
Problems arising from abuse or misuse are not covered by warranty..
RC Davis amps are designed to withstand professional use and should give you years of reliable service. Should you ever need to have your amp repaired, please contact us first. We can assist with the repair or help you locate a dependable local tech to perform the work needed.
As with any tube amplifier, tubes will need to be replaced occasionally to ensure optimum performance. Please contact us if you have questions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your RC Davis Amplification online purchase for any reason, you may return the item for a refund of the purchase price to your credit card or exchange it for the same product within 14 days of receipt. Each purchase is shipped requiring a direct signature, and you must contact us within 14 days of that signature date to initiate a return. After that period, items cannot be returned.

RC Davis Amplification will issue a prepaid shipping label to minimize your return cost. The cost of shipping your returned item back to us will be deducted from your overall credit or refund.

If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the original shipping cost of the product(s) returned will also be deducted from your credit or refund.

Sale products are not eligible for return, but will still be covered by our warranty policy.

All returns require prior authorization from RC Davis Amplification. You must obtain a valid Return Authorization number from us via contacting us through our email: info@RCDavisAmps.com or by phone at: (415) 401-7828.

Items sent to us without a valid RA number will be returned to you.

A damaged or defective product may be returned or exchanged for the same product. RC Davis Amplification will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover send and return costs. Products are considered damaged or defective at the reasonable discretion of RC Davis Amplification. Products require a Return Authorization (RA) number to receive a shipping label.

Aside from reported damages or defects, all returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dinging, or scraping and include all original packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, etc. (if applicable).

Change of mind returns will be subject to a deduction of send and return shipping costs as well as a restocking fee of $250.00.
CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER

We strive to ship your order as soon as possible after it has been placed. Provided that your order has not been processed, we will be happy to attempt to change or cancel your order for you. Unfortunately, if your order has processed, we will not be able to change, cancel or stop the shipment.
