Privacy Policy

RC Davis Amplification is a DBA of Pro A/V Resource, Inc., a California corporation. This policy covers rcdavisamps.com.

We do not sell, rent or loan your personal information.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you bought. You enter payment details on Square's secure checkout page. We never receive your full card number.
• When you contact us: whatever you send us, such as your name, contact details, and your product's model and serial number.
• When you visit: our hosting provider processes basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser's storage and isn't sent to us until you check out.

How we use it

We use your information only to:

• Process and ship your order
• Keep warranty records
• Answer your questions and provide service
• Meet our legal and tax obligations

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• Square processes payments and orders.
• Afterpay, if you choose it at checkout.
• Shipping carriers deliver your order.
• Cloudflare hosts this site.
• A local repair technician, only if you ask us to refer you to one.

We may also share information when the law requires it, such as a warrant, court order or subpoena. We may share it to protect our legal rights, to prevent fraud or illegal activity, or to protect people's safety.

Do Not Track

We don't track visitors across other websites, and we don't let third parties do so on our site.

Keeping and correcting your information

We keep order and warranty records for as long as the warranty and our legal and tax obligations require.

To see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, email support@rcdavisamps.com. We'll delete what we're not required to keep.
