This limited warranty is given by Pro A/V Resource, Inc., doing business as RC Davis Amplification, 1110 W Fremont St, Stockton, CA, 95203.
What's covered
New RC Davis amplifiers and pedals bought from us or from an authorized RC Davis dealer are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for:
- Amplifiers: 3 years from the original purchase date.
- Pedals: 1 year from the original purchase date.
- Tubes and reverb pans: 90 days from the original purchase date.
Coverage starts on the date of the original retail purchase.
Who's covered
This warranty covers only the original retail buyer and can't be transferred. If you buy a product secondhand, it isn't covered. You'll need proof of purchase, such as the receipt.
What's not covered
- Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, liquid, or use with the wrong power supply or mains voltage
- Damage from modifications, or from repairs done by someone else
- Damage in shipping when the owner packed the product
- Normal wear, such as cosmetic wear, scuffs and worn knobs
- Tubes and reverb pans after 90 days. Replacing tubes is routine maintenance.
- Products whose serial number has been removed or altered
- Merchandise, such as T-shirts
Having a qualified technician work on your product, does not void this warranty. We won't cover damage caused by work done by non-approved third parties.
What we'll do
We'll repair or replace the defective product, at our option, with no charge for parts or labor. If we can't fix it after a reasonable number of attempts, we'll replace it or refund your purchase price.
Customer is liable for shipping costs
The warranty period is extended by the number of days your product is with us for warranty repair.
How to get warranty service
- Email support@rcdavisamps.com or call (415) 401-7828. Include your model, serial number, proof of purchase and a description of the problem.
- We'll help diagnose the issue. If it needs repair, we'll give you a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions, or refer you to a qualified technician near you.
- Don't ship a product to us without an RA number.
Registration
Email us your name, model, serial number, dealer and purchase date so we have your details on record.
Registration is optional. It's for product registration only. Not registering does not reduce your warranty rights.
Your legal rights
Implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, last only as long as this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Service and repair
Warning: Do not attempt to service internal components. Some parts inside a tube amplifier chassis hold voltages that can cause injury or lethal shock, even when the amp is unplugged. Do not remove the chassis.
