Shipping
- We ship within the United States only.
- In-stock orders ship within 7-10 business days. Every order needs a signature on delivery.
- Shipping is a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay. We don't offer expedited shipping.
- If your order will ship late, we'll email you a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Changing or canceling an order
Contact us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet. Once it ships, you can return it under the policy below.
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery (the signature date) to start a return. You can get a refund or exchange for the same product. After 14 days, we can't accept returns.
What you get back: the purchase price, minus:
- Return shipping. We'll send you a prepaid label and deduct its cost.
- Original shipping, if your order shipped free.
- A restocking fee: $250 for amplifiers, $15 for pedals and merchandise.
To be returned, items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, dings or scrapes. They must also include all original packaging, manuals and accessories.
Sale items are final sale and can't be returned. Our warranty still covers them.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll repair, replace or refund it, and we'll cover shipping both ways. We decide whether an item is damaged or defective, reasonably and in good faith. After 14 days, our warranty applies.
How to start a return
- Email support@rcdavisamps.com or call (415) 401-7828 with your order number.
- We'll send a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it. Items sent without an RA number will be sent back to you.
Refunds go to your original payment method, including Afterpay, within 30 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
